We offer both solid precious metal and precious metal plated products. These include; Sterling Silver (925), 24K Gold plated, Rhodium plated, Rose Gold plated, Antique Sterling Silver 925 plated. More information for each of our products can be found in their descriptions.

Yes, all our Sterling Silver 925 items are hallmarked, with exception to smaller items where there is no space to make the 925 mark.

Sterling Silver (925): 
Sterling Silver (925) is a soft metal and should be worn with care. Exposure to air naturally tarnishes silver over time so storing in an airtight bag is a great preventative measure. You can use a silver cloth to polish your sterling silver jewellery back to new. Try a lint-free flannel, microfiber, or other soft nonabrasive cloth as an alternative. Do not use paper towels or tissues to polish your silver as they contain fibers that can scratch the metal. 

Plated Jewellery:
Keep water, lotions, perfumes and soaps away from plated jewellery to prolong its life. You can use a silver polishing cloth to polish your plated jewellery, just don't rub too hard! Try a lint-free flannel, microfiber, or other soft nonabrasive cloth as an alternative. Do not use paper towels or tissues to polish your jewellery as they contain fibers that can scratch the plating.Exposure to air naturally tarnishes plating over time so storing in an airtight bag is a great preventative measure.

Our unique products are easy and convenient to pay in advance (PayPal), Apple Pay, by credit card (Mastercard / Visa / American Express / Maestro), Giropay, Bancontact, iDeal, Sofort, Klarna - Pay Later. We also accept Cash on Delivery, in Greece only.

Check Sfinx.gr. Place your favorite item into the shopping cart and follow the steps. After you choose your paying method and finish the order transaction you will receive a confirmation via email.

No. Every SFINX products are worth being wrapped up and shipped.

If you have not received an automatic order confirmation, your order is usually still successful. To make sure that this is the case, simply send us an email at support@sfinx.gr.

- If you did not made a payment yet, you can cancel your order by yourself by logging into your order details. 

- If you paid for the order but it has not been sent yet, please contact us via support@sfinx.gr ASAP (within’ an hour after you paid the order) - we will cancel the order and send you a refund. Also, we are offer our customers a return (see below). 

Once an order has been placed in our system, we can not change the address. If there is an error in your address, we have to wait and see if the package will be sent back to our warehouse.


Apart from Greece & Cyprus, we ship Europe (EU & non-EU countries), United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Chile, Mexico, Brasil, Argentina, China, Japan & more.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving the payment. The shipping time is dependent on the destination country and shipping method (Economy or Express). Please remember, that orders which are not paid within 4 working days will be cancelled. If delays occur you can always contact our customer support: support@sfinx.gr.

The shipping cost in our store are dependent on the items weigh, destination country and shipping method. Apart from the shipping fee, they may consist of the packing and handling fees. Therefore you will get the shipment price as soon as you put your item to the cart and choose the delivery address (before making the order).


To ensure that you receive your SFINX product quickly & irreproachably, we ship our products with Elta Courier for Greece & DHL for Europe & rest of the world.

Disclaimer: Due to the current rise in parcel volumes and more stringent COVID safety measures, the delivery of shipments may be subject to delays in certain cases. We ask for your understanding in such instances.

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday excluding holidays in Greece. The following estimations are subject to change and based on our current experiences:

- Greece: 1-3 business days 
- Europe (EU & non EU countries): 2-3 business days (DHL Express) - 5-7 business days (DHL Economic)
- USA: 1-3 weeks / Australia & Canada: 1-3 weeks / Rest of the world: 2-5 weeks, varying depending on location.

Yes, you will receive your personal tracking number from us in the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the shipment status of your order at any time.


You have a right to resign from the purchase in 14 days from the date you got the item, and return it to us to get a refund (immediate after we get the item back, but no later than 14 days). We will refund you both the item cost and shipment cost which you paid (partially, if you return just a part of the order).

If you have ordered the wrong size, you can of course return your order within 14 days. The cost of sending back the item to us must be paid by you. If the item is used, we will make a refund minus the amortisation cost (caused by usage).

For environmental reasons, we have decided not to offer a free return.

We do not want to promote the already large volume of parcels and accumulation of packaging waste and hope to ensure that only defective or otherwise faulty orders are returned.

In case of defective products SFINX will of course cover the return costs. If this happens, please contact our customer service at: support@sfinx.gr. We need your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item and a description of what is damaged or defect. Our customer service finds a solution.
