Every order placed on our website or made at our authorized retailers comes with the SΦINX® Certificate of Authenticity personalized card. This card serves as your guarantee of authenticity, ensuring that you own an original SΦINX® jewelry, handcrafted with precision and care.

If you're ordering as a gift, please provide the recipient's name in the 'order notes' at checkout to personalize the card. All our jewelries dispatched with SΦINX® gift-boxes. is the only official place you can find SΦINX® jewelry.

All SΦINX® jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver (hallmarked) and receives a plating. We plate with Rhodium, Black-Rhodium, double-laying Gold 24K, Rose Gold 24K or Antique. In all cases, the jewelry receives polish protection as the last stage to prevent from altering.

Our production operates on a 'made-to-order' basis and may require up to 5-7 full business days for completion. We lovingly handcraft each piece of jewelry specifically for you when you place an order. This approach is rooted in the essence of handcrafted jewelry and reflects our commitment to preventing overproduction, minimizing waste, and safeguarding the environment from unnecessary harm.

Please keep in mind that the ‘made-to-order’ process may take a bit longer compared to the swift delivery of mass-produced items from large warehouses. We kindly recommend ordering in advance to allow for processing time. If you require items by a specific date, please inform us accordingly. Remember, good things are worth waiting for! Your patience will be rewarded with a uniquely crafted treasure.

Repairs & Replating

Quality and craftsmanship are the most important part for us. All our jewelry is destined to last for a lifetime. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate and sensitive.

Please send your order ID, your SΦINX® Certification Card and description of the issue along with some close-ups of the damaged item to and we will handle the issue as soon as possible. All repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

We offer free repairs for any manufacturer defects within 20 days of purchase receipt. However, damages from misuse or general wear will require a repair fee. Please note, we can only accept repairs for items purchased on Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.

In case you need to re-plate your jewelry, please note, that the price for the plating service is per piece + shipping cost which depends on country of residence. Please send us an email at to arrange this service.

You can check the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or remove any product, or you can increase or decrease the quantity of your products any time. Before checking out, you should check carefully if you agree with the selected products and their quantities, as they appear in your shopping cart and correct any mistakes by clicking the relevant choices. You can order as a guest, but we recommend creating an account for faster and easier future orders. This allows you to check order status, view order history, and save your personal details.

You can cancel your order without any further charges, as long as the products have not been delivered for shipment. If you cancel your order after delivery of the products to be shipped, then you will be charged with the shipping costs from our company to you as well as the costs of returning the products to our store. Contact our store at to cancel your order and refund your money (if you have already paid for the products).

Please select your country at checkout, however, if your country is not listed, please contact us at for more information. Note, that through reasons beyond our control we do not currently ship to Russian Federation's addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Each SΦINX® piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 5-7 full business days to produce. Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection (Monday-Friday excluding holidays in Greece).
The shipping time is dependent on the destination country and shipping method (Economy or Express). The following estimations are subject to change and based on our current experiences: Greece (2-4 business days) - Rest of the world (3-15 business days).

The shipping cost in our store are dependent on the items weigh, destination country and shipping method. Apart from the shipping fee, they may consist of the packing and handling fees. Therefore you will get the shipment price as soon as you put your item to the cart and choose the delivery address (before making the order).

Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or any additional taxes.
For non-E.U. countries (Category C), customers may face import and duty taxes and you may be asked to pay further duties at customs control. SΦINX® has no control over possible additional charges or inspections. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes (these vary from country to country), you will be contacted directly by DHL Express and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

SΦINX® is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies. In any case, if the time of our products’ delivery to you is affected by externalities (strikes, weather phenomena etc), you shall be notified about the time of delivery without fail. If the shipping address is considered to be in an inaccessible area, the delivery time will depend on the circumstances.

Yes, you will receive your personal tracking number from us in the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the shipment status of your order at any time.

Payment Methods

The payment methods available in our online store are as follows:

B. PayPal
When choosing to pay through PayPal you will be forwarded to PayPal’s official website (secure online transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or through your PayPal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated. During this process any personal information (including your credit card number) is not stored in the system of SΦINX®. More info:

Return Policy

For each purchase made through SΦINX® (, you have the right to ask for a return a product, strictly within 14 days, counting from the date you have received your order.

You have the right to return an order and to ask for an exchange with another, strictly within 30 days from the date you have received your order.

Change of already returned products will not be allowed. Certain limited edition, custom and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

All products must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. All products must be accompanied by all original packaging, for a refund. Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase (Greece) and only inside EU.

Please note that we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges. You are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning products to us, but the cost is born by you and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products reach us safely. By requesting a return/refund/exchange you will be charged with:

  • The shipping cost
  • The insurance cost
  • The product clearance cost (regarding non-E.U. Countries)

Return of earrings
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept return of earrings.

Refund of gifts
We do offer exchange of gifts but refund is not possible. Exchanges and returns of products with the mark “special offer”, “discount”, “sales” will not be accepted.

Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange your products, you will have to return the products and place a new order. If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the initial order, the company will not refund you the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.

Packages lost after delivery
SΦINX® is not responsible for the loss of any packages arising from miscommunication between the recipient and the courier company or due to wrong shipping address details given by the recipient.

Packages lost in the return shipping
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefore we recommend that you send the jewelry with tracking number.

Faulty items (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault)
In the rare occurrence that a product is damaged during transit we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our support.

Custom made products
Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund is accepted only if each product you wish to return:

  • Is in the same excellent condition as delivered, untouched and unused, inside the SΦINX® full packaging.
  • Has been received, checked and approved by the company.
  • Is accompanied by the original receipt and all other documents of purchase.

To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card, bank account or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the products or proof of return of the products. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to be applied from the day we have received the products.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
