All SΦINX® jewelry is hand-made of 925 Sterling Silver and receives a plating. We plate with Rhodium, double-laying Gold 24K, Rose Gold 24K or Antique. In all cases, the jewelry receives polish protection as the last stage to prevent from gold altering. 

More information for each of our products can be found in their descriptions. All jewelry is designed to last a lifetime. It is therefore very important to care for your pieces and ensure that their beauty will last longer.

Yes, all our 925 Sterling Silver items are hallmarked, with exception to smaller items where there is no space to make the 925 mark.

We know how important is to keep the original brilliance of your jewelry, so we recommend you to keep water, lotions, perfumes and soaps away from plated jewelry to prolong its life. You can use a silver polishing cloth to polish your plated jewelry, just don't rub too hard! 

Try a lint-free flannel, microfiber, or other soft nonabrasive cloth as an alternative. Do not use paper towels or tissues to polish your jewelry as they contain fibers that can scratch the plating. Exposure to air naturally tarnishes plating over time so storing in an airtight bag is a great preventative measure.

Jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat. We recommend place them in a protective (lined) jewelry box, a tarnish-resistant pouch or in a plastic zip lock bag made of polyethylene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or any humid spot.

Please note that our SΦINX® gift-boxes are not made for long-term storage as they are not airtight and tarnishing will occur over time.

Repairs & Replating

Each SΦINX® piece of jewelry is coming with the Certificate of Authenticity card which covers a six-month warranty.
SΦINX® will gladly repair or replace any product which is deemed defective due to its manufacturing process, our workmanship, or materials used. Cases in which the product's fault or breakage is deemed to tear, mishandling, or neglect are not covered by warranty. In this case, our Customer Care team will provide a reasonable quote for the required repair or replacement of parts.

Proof of purchase & CoA (SΦINX® Certificate of Authenticity card) is required to claim a warranty.
The warranty commences from the date of purchase for the original item.

Quality and craftsmanship are the most important part for us. All SΦINX® pieces are carefully handmade to last in time. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate and sensitive.

If you should need a repair on any SΦINX® piece, please email us at support@sfinx.gr. Please make sure that you reference your Order Number and Repair Issue. All repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

We will repair, at no charge, any breakage caused by a manufacturer defect within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Over time damages or deemed to be caused by misuse or general wear, will incur a repair charge.

In case you need to re-plate your jewelry within six-month warranty, we are making it for you at no extra charge. Over time, we will be delighted to re-plate your jewelry with extra cost. Please contact us to find out more details on the cost & how to send your piece to us.

Please note, we can only accept repairs/replating/warranty for items purchased on sfinx.gr. Repairs/Replating/Warranty for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.

With this link you have the possibility to create your personal SΦINX® account. Your future orders will be faster and easier as you can check your recent orders, their status and even your order history. Apart from that you don't need to re-enter your personal dates for further orders.

If you forgot your password, just click "Password forgotten" in the log in area and enter your email address. We will send you a mail with a link that helps you set a new password for your account.

No. Every SΦINX® products are worth being wrapped up and shipped.

If you have not received an automatic order confirmation, your order is usually still successful. To make sure that this is the case, simply send us an email at support@sfinx.gr.

- If you did not made a payment yet, you can cancel your order by yourself by logging into your order details. 
- If you paid for the order but it has not been sent yet, please contact us via support@sfinx.gr ASAP (within’ an hour after you paid the order) 
- we will cancel the order and send you a refund. Also, we are offer our customers a return (see below). 

Once an order has been placed in our system, we can not change the address. If there is an error in your address, we have to wait and see if the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

Apart Greece (via Elta Courier services), we ship globally via DHL Express.
Europe (E.U. & non-E.U. countries), United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, China, Japan & many more. Please select your country at checkout, however, if your country is not listed, please contact us at support@sfinx.gr for more information. 
Note, that through reasons beyond our control we do not currently ship to Russian Federation's addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Each SΦINX® piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 3-5 full business days to produce. Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection (Monday to Friday excluding holidays in Greece). The shipping time is dependent on the destination country and shipping method (Economy or Express). 

The following estimations are subject to change and based on our current experiences: Greece (2-4 business days) - Rest of the world (3-15 business days).

The shipping cost in our store are dependent on the items weigh, destination country and shipping method. Apart from the shipping fee, they may consist of the packing and handling fees. Therefore you will get the shipment price as soon as you put your item to the cart and choose the delivery address (before making the order).

A. Orders from Greece - ELTA Courier Services
Free shipping cost for orders above 80,00€ - For orders below 80,00€, the delivery cost is 5,00€.
B. Orders from E.U. countries - DHL Economy/Express
Free shipping cost for orders above 180,00€ - Shipping costs vary by destination.
C. Orders from non-E.U. countries - DHL Express
Free shipping cost for orders above 250,00€ - Shipping costs vary by destination.

ATTENTION
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or any additional taxes. 
For non-E.U. countries (Category C), customers may face import and duty taxes and you may be asked to pay further duties at customs control. 
SΦINX® has no control over possible additional charges or inspections. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes (these vary from country to country), you will be contacted directly by DHL Express and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.
SΦINX® is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies. In any case, if the time of our products’ delivery to you is affected by externalities (strikes, weather phenomena etc), you shall be notified about the time of delivery without fail. If the shipping address is considered to be in an inaccessible area, the delivery time will depend on the circumstances.

Yes, you will receive your personal tracking number from us in the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the shipment status of your order at any time.

For your very own convenience, we suggest the following payment methods for your purchases:

A. Cash on Delivery (only for orders delivered to Greece).
If the total amount of your order is below 500,00 euros and the delivery’s destination is Greece, you can choose the Cash On Delivery type of transaction (COD), where you make the payment at the time and place of the order’s delivery. The COD fee is included in the shipping costs, which amount to 5,00 euros. The transport company we collaborate with for that type of transaction is: Elta Courier.

B. Credit Card
Supported cards: VISA, MasterCard & American Express. Choosing this way of payment, you shall be transferred to a safe environment of Stripe. Stripe is one of the leading e-commerce payment operators in the world. You can find more information about Stripe here: https://stripe.com 

C. PayPal
When choosing to pay through PayPal you will be forwarded to PayPal’s official website (secure online transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or through your PayPal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated.
